It's that time of year once again, when friends and families come together around the dinner table to give thanks for all they have ... and then to head back to dinner table for seconds. After all, with so much good food around, it's kind of hard to stop with just one serving. Well, if you think about it, video games aren't that much different. When you find a good one, you just can't quite get your fill. In the world of gaming, though, there's always room for more ... courtesy of the inevitable sequels or downloadable content. So loosen up that belt and get settled into that sofa while we here at The Clik get you covered this Thanksgiving with a tasty menu of extra helpings for some of the games we all know and love.
1. Peggle Nights
It's hard to believe that shooting little balls at a virtual Lite-Brite could be any fun, but Peggle proved that even the simplest gaming concept can be utterly addicting if it's done right ... and Peggle was definitely done right. Sadly, all good things must come to an end, and Peggle is no different. Luckily, PopCap Games felt your pain and bounced more Peggle back to fans in the form of Peggle Nights. With more than 60 new stages and challenges, Peggle Nights is great big extra helping of everything we love about Peggle, complete with all the side dishes.
2. Zuma Blitz

While Peggle Nights gave fans a whole new meal to sink their teeth into, sometimes you just want to dive into the leftovers and throw together a quick snack. For fans of Zuma, PopCap is dishing up some of those tasty morsels with a free Facebook version of the hit puzzler, dubbed Zuma Blitz. In Zuma Blitz, players have just 60 seconds to score as many points as possible in a round of Zuma, helped along with power ups ranging from time extensions and score multipliers to explosive shots and triple shot cannons. Each week, players compete against each other in a new stage and try to beat the high scores of all their Facebook friends. While Zuma Blitz might have been designed to be taken in snack sized chunks, the competitive nature of the game means that like most snacks foods, you might find yourself taking in a whole lot more than posted serving size.

3. Assassin's Creed: Project Legacy
Fans of Ubisoft's Assassin's Creed franchise just can't seem to get their fill these days, particularly of AC2 star Ezio Auditore da Firenze and his romp through Renaissance era Italy. To feed that hunger, Ubisoft recently released Assassin Creed: Brotherhood, taking Ezio to Rome in a quest to rebuild the Assassin's Guild and stop the machinations of Cesare Borgia and his clan. But even that's not quite enough, so Ubisoft added a little something extra to the menu with Assassin's Creed: Project Legacy on Facebook. By gathering materials, recruiting people to their cause, and fighting on the frontlines, players get to see the historic backstory unfold of the secret war between the Assassins and the Templar. That's not all, though. By linking to Ubisoft's Uplay service, players can unlock special bonus abilities content between AC: Project Legacy and AC: Brotherhood. It's like a virtual smorgasbord of Assassin's Creed desserts for the gaming gourmet.
4. Red Dead Redemption: Undead Nightmare

While most fans of Red Dead Redemption are content with their time with the main campaign and multiplayer, Rockstar is still putting food out on the table with the release of the Red Dead Redemption: Undead Nightmare DLC. One of the frustrating things about the holidays is the inevitable family get together where you're forced to play nice with all sorts of relatives who've come out of the woodwork. In the world of Red Dead Redemption, though, they've got even worse family to dead with ... namely the undead kind. Undead Nightmare takes players through an alternate Old West where the dead have risen up to stake their claims. While zombies and brains might not be a part of most people's Thanksgiving dinner entrées, in the world of video games, they go together like turkey and cranberry dressing.

5. Pac-Man Championship Edition DX
Last up on our Thanksgiving "second helping" round-up, we visit the one gaming icon who's the virtual poster boy for chowing down: Pac-Man. For the past three decades, Pac-Man has been chomping his way through gaming history on a strict diet of power pellets, fruit, and the occasional ghost. Despite all the spin-offs and tie-ins that have developed over the years, nothing has ever quite had the same tasty goodness of the original Pac-Man. At least not until Pac-Man Championship Edition DX. The basic premise of the game remains the same as always, with Pac-Man running back and forth along two halves of the maze, binging on everything in sight like some sort of competitive eating champion at an all you can eat buffet. But like a lot of meals, Pac-Man Championship Edition DX is all about the right plating. With some spicy new flavor added to the gameplay and bright and colorful HD garnish, Pac-Man Championship Edition DX is the best new way to experience the comfort food of the original classic.
